Discover why Cubans are remembered worldwide by its rythm and why the Island is best known as the Island of Music!!!! Day 1: Warm welcome in the Airport for a member of Gocubaplus.com. Transfer from the airport in private and conditioned taxi to your hotel. Days 1,2: Registration at the hotel. During this day you won’t have other activity, so you can relax and rest after the trip and familiarize with the city. We suggest you to take a night walk around the city. We recommend, especially, Old Havana and its marvellous night secrets. Visit the “old area” of the city, declared by the UNESCO Cultural World Heritage, with its squares, and mansions built by the Spaniards among the XVI and XIX centuries. Now, fully restored to stand out beautiful architectural details of the time in whish they were built. Make a stop in your way to see the Plaza de Armas (Square of Weapons) and The Plaza de la Cathedral (Cathedral Square), just few metters from The Cathedral you will find one of the bigger handicraft fairs in the city. The Castillo (Castle) de los Tres Reyes del Morro, The Bodeguita del Medio, The Floridita and the National Capitol are our suggestions. Get ready because right now begins the best of your week in Cuba: your Salsa classes!!! You let us know the time in whish you prefers the classes and you will receive two hour lessons, every day during this week. Lessons will be thought by graduated specialists of the Cuban School of Arts, with vast educational experience. If you also want a companion for your classes so you can dance with somebody don't worry it is included!!! Day 3: Let us discover to you one of the most beautiful landscapes of this Island. We could characterize it as romantic or charming, but really, it is more than that!! . We will show you one of the better kept secrets of the western zone of Cuba. The well-known La Moka. Nature will discover for you unsuspected forms, valleys, rivers and prehistoric ruins that you could think someone order it imitating Paradise. You will have your classes when you return to the hotel!!! Day 4: Relax and rest, purchase some souvenils in Handicraft Fairs, close to your hotel, and enjoy your classes in the afternoon!!!! Legend and tradition will be your company in one of the oldest ceremonies of the city, during your third day in havana. The ceremony of the "Gunshot"; two centuries ago the ceremony saw the light for first time from the beautiful fortress named El Castillo de los Tres Reyes del Morro. When the beautiful fortress was built the King of Spain said that he hoped to see it from the old continent because it had been so expensive, that it had to be, big enough, so he could see it from there!!!! Since that time, till modernity, every night at 9 o`clock soldiers shoot a canon bullet to announce that the doors of the walled Village of San Cristóbal of Havana, will be closed. Now, with soldiers dressed with suits of XVIII centuries, it is one of the most crowded ceremonies in Havanan nights. Day 5: Enjoy your last day in Havana on your own!!! At night , your date will be with Tropicana and its famous Show under the Stars!!! Surrender to the magic atmosphere and put in practices all that you learned in your classes during these days!! A bottle of the best Cuban Rum, with soft drinks and appetizers, will be our gift because you did it great!!! We know that your classes has been a great success! Day 6: Let us discover to you a beach of dreams, Varadero Beach. We could say it is fantastic or charming, but really, it is more than that!! We will discover to you a unique peninsula, with fine sands and very warm and transparent waters... in short words, all that you dreamed as complement of your vacations. Nature will share with you unsuspected forms, morning sands full of colourful seashells, and so clear and warm nights that you could think someone order it imitating Paradise. Day 7: During your stay in Varadero, you may have noticed some wonderful yachts and catamarans sailing along in front of your hotel. If you fancy a civilised day at sea, on a smart catamaran here you have your dream come true!!! 09:30 hrs. At Marina Chapelin, east course, beyond the coast of Varadero, catamarans of maximum comfort and security will wait for you. A well stocked bar on board, decks on top to laze out on or cover, if you prefer inside, are all what you need for maximum enjoyment during your day. The captain, at the helm, eases the boat through the water and makes three main stops. Near an island, he drop anchor for a while, snorkelling enthusiasts will be amazed by the abundance of marine life. Any newcomers to the wonders below the surface are encouraged to grab a snorkel, mask, flippers and a buoyancy jacket and venture into the beautiful clear sea. Part of the coral in this area in the shallow waters, provides homes and food for many colourful fish. An exquisite fresh lunch is served just as you've worked up an appetite for the seafood (Lobster, chicken, fish, octopus, shrimps, salad of fruits, salad of vegetables, rice, etc). 16:15 hrs. Last but not least, you’ll visit the Delfinarium and enjoy the Show with Dolphins. At night you will choose whether to rest or to continue enjoying the marvels of Varadero.
